The unusual strength of the Santa Cruz river, in Catamarca Province, Argentina, caused several damages this week. The river increased its flow as it hadn’t for many years.
A video shows the collapse of the recently inaugurated Huaycama bridge, in Route 33. The force of the water broke its embankments, something it shouldn’t have happened.
There were complaints from neighbors, both from Santa Cruz and Huaycama, since they assert that the bridge hadn’t been built according to the activity of the river.
