Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson released a video showing how he trains everyday to be a man that’s compared with a rock. He begins warming up with some core work and rotator cuff exercises. After that, he hits his upper body with no mercy.
“The Rock” does lateral raises, dumbbell bench presses and more ab work than any normal man could dare to imagine. Maybe that’s the reason why he was the world’s highest paid actor last year, despite not appearing in any memorable movie.
